A typical whole-house remodel includes a full kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and work in all of the other primary rooms.  Sometimes, walls are removed or relocated to improve the flow and function of the home.  Doors and trim may be replaced to create a more modern look.  All rooms are painted and all flooring is replaced.  A gas fireplace may be installed.  Sometimes, electrical and mechanical systems are upgraded as well.  Costs for a whole-house remodel typically start at $100,000.  Every home and every project is different, so please contact us for more information.

While we do not seek small repair projects, handyman work, or large single trade projects such as re-painting, re-siding, re-roofing, etc.; we exist to truly serve our customers in whatever capacity that we can. Once you are an Allrounder Remodeling client, we are here to help care for your home.

We’ve replaced old galvanized water pipes, replaced rotten cedar siding, rebuilt decks, replaced electrical circuit breaker panels, built a retaining wall, replaced furnaces, replaced light bulbs, hung pictures, installed blinds, painted a bedroom, and patched a hole in a plaster wall – the list is almost endless!

One of our goals is to become your trusted partner when it comes to your home, and that you are comfortable calling us for all of your needs.  We use the same skilled and friendly craftsmen on our small projects as on our remodeling projects in order to ensure the same level of quality and service that our clients have come to expect.
