Townhome Complete Facelift

This townhome in Inver Grove Heights had been a rental and was horribly worn out.  Our client tasked us with cleaning it up so that it could be put on the market.  Our project manager coordinated numerous trades to get the home ready for sale.  Our updates included a thorough cleanup, lighting, paint, new carpet, and even junk removal.
