Lower Level Bath

Our clients lower level bath had been installed by a previous owner of the home, who clearly did not know what he was doing or pull any permits.  Our team had to remedy numerous code violations and try to cram a lovely new bathroom within a space that should be larger than it is, without room to expand.  The plumbing and electrical were completely redone and inspected by the city prior to the finish materials being installed.

The primary user of this bathroom is our clients elderly mother, so we made sure to incorporate some features to make things safe for her.  The shower features a ceramic tile surround.  Luxury vinyl floor is easy to clean and resists slipping.  Custom alder cabinets look sharp and provide plenty of storage.  Plenty of lighting were added, in addition to an exhaust fan and heat supply.
